At Nottinghamshire YMCA, we understand that life can be a complicated journey with many twists and turns that place strain upon our wellbeing and mental health. But whatever you are going through at the moment, we want all of our supporters to know that you do not have to go through it alone.

That is why we have compiled the below resources and signposting to a variety of organisations which may be able to help you navigate some of the more complex issues you may be facing.
Whether you are a YMCA Gym member, the parent of a young person who is experiencing mental health issues or a new visitor who has stumbled across this webpage whilst looking for support – the wellbeing of our community is our highest priority and we hope you find the care and support you need to move forward positively.
