Chief Development & Strategic Partnerships Officer
Jo leads YMCA Robin Hood Group’s strategic partnerships, fundraising and growth agenda, creating opportunities that expand the organisation’s reach, influence and impact. With a strong track record of securing funding, developing partnerships and delivering organisational growth, she brings extensive experience across community development, supported housing, commercial services and transformational change.
In her role, Jo provides dedicated executive leadership for partnerships, grants, trusts, contracts, fundraising and relationship development, creating the capacity needed to identify and secure new opportunities that support YMCA’s long-term ambitions.
Jo is passionate about building meaningful relationships that create lasting value for communities. She works closely with partners, funders, commissioners and supporters to develop sustainable opportunities that strengthen services, increase impact and enable more children, young people and communities to benefit from YMCA’s work now and in the future.
