Todd leads the corporate functions that underpin organisational performance, assurance and long-term effectiveness across YMCA Robin Hood Group. His portfolio brings together strategy, governance, risk, assurance, compliance, People & Culture, ICT, brand, Marketing & PR, performance and organisational assurance.
As Chief Corporate Services & Assurance Officer, Todd is focused on ensuring the organisation has the systems, structures and oversight needed to deliver its mission with confidence and consistency. He works across the Group to strengthen accountability, manage risk, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement, while helping ensure YMCA communicates its purpose, impact and ambitions clearly to colleagues, partners, funders and communities.
