Luke leads the CEO Office and governance function, helping connect executive priorities, Board oversight and organisational decision-making across YMCA Robin Hood Group. His role provides dedicated leadership for governance processes, executive coordination and the effective flow of information between the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team.
As Director of the CEO’s Office and Company Secretary, Luke works at the centre of organisational leadership, helping ensure strategic priorities are translated into action and key decisions are tracked, communicated and delivered effectively.
Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, Luke is committed to strengthening accountability, transparency and organisational effectiveness. Through strong governance and coordination, he supports leaders across the Group to remain focused on delivering impact while ensuring YMCA continues to operate with integrity, clarity and purpose.
